GPCA Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The GPCA mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by GPCA (“ GPCA”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to GPCA's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of GPCA through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with GPCA. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (833) 540-1832. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other GPCA mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Why your info is collected

We collect information to enable customers and visitors to quickly navigate our website for products of interest, accurately place orders and improve your experience on our websites. What info is collected

We collect information provided by you when registering for an account, creating or modifying your profile, setting preferences, or making purchases. Additional information collected indirectly includes geographic location information to personalize shipping delivery estimates, browser information to determine desktop or mobile view, referral URLs, IP address, and Google campaign information.

How we use and share the information collected

We engage third parties to perform services in connection with the operation of our business. Examples of these services include payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, product customization, order fulfillment and shipping, marketing and promotional material distribution, web site evaluation, data analysis, and where applicable, data cleansing. We provide personal information to these third parties, but they are only authorized to use this information with the services they perform.

If you have selected to receive our emails by supplying your email address on the website, we will send out exclusive deals and discounts and content you may enjoy. At any time, you can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our email to unsubscribe.

Cookies are used to identify how a person arrived at our sites and stores information about their shopping cart, navigational preferences, product interest, and account. A cookie identifies you while you are at our store and keeps track of items in your shopping cart between visits. Cookies also identify you while you are logged in, however, cookies never contain credit card information, and they are stored locally ONLY on your computer and read-only by our website when you visit it.

Google Analytics Demographics and Interest data will be collected for your visit unless you choose to opt-out. This data cannot be personally linked back to you and will only be used to gather statistics to improve the website experience.

Any and all personal information divulged to GPCA is used solely to improve and enhance your personal shopping experience. Personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address are securely stored. GPCA will never sell any of your information to third-party marketing companies. If you choose to log in with a social login such as Facebook, GPCA will never post to your wall or otherwise use your login credentials except to log you into your account.

How we store and secure the information collected

Security is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to protecting your private information. To help safeguard against unauthorized access and to ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put into place systems and procedures to secure the information we collect. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This industry-standard encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as the information is exchanged via the internet.

The collection and transfer of any information you supply related to checkout is secure and cannot be received or read by others. Your credit card information is only shared with our processor in a tokenized format for authorization.
