For vehicles with removable headrests, installation is straightforward and requires no tools. Select the non-removable version if you have non-removable headrests in your vehicle.
6. How do I install the GP Back Grip PRO?
- Prepare the Headrest – Adjust or remove the headrest to access the posts if necessary.
- Attach the Handle – Position the GP Back Grip PRO on the headrest posts with the cushion strap facing the rear passenger.
- Secure the Straps – Wrap the mounting straps around the headrest posts and fasten them securely.
- Adjust for Comfort – Ensure proper positioning for passenger comfort and tighten straps as needed.

7. How do I install for Non-Removable headrests?
If your vehicle's headrests are non-removable, please purchase the non-removable version. the GP Back Grip can still be installed:
- Raise the Headrest (OPTIONAL) – Raise the headrest to its highest position to expose the posts if needed.
- Attach the Handle – Slide the GP Back Grip straps under the headrest and around the posts.
- Secure the Straps – Wrap the mounting straps around the headrest posts and fasten them securely under the strap.

8. What tools are needed for installation?
No tools are required for installing the GP Back Grip PRO. The design allows for a quick and secure attachment using the provided mounting straps.
9. Is the GP Back Grip suitable for all passengers? How well will the GP-Grip fit my hand? I have large hands.
Yes! The GP Back Grip PRO is designed to provide additional support and stability for passengers of all ages, including:

Its sturdy construction and comfortable grip make it especially beneficial for those needing extra assistance entering or exiting the vehicle.
It's designed to fit all hands comfortably with the design intent of a SOLID grip for off-roading. The overall dimensions: Long side 6.5"(short side 4.5") x 2.5" x 0.5"
The average adult palm width is from Small (3.5inch) to XL (4inch), the GP-Grip metal handle bottom side is 4.5 inches, added 1/2 inches wider than the 4inch XL size.
The padding for the GP-Grip PRO is 4.2 inches wide, 1.2 inches in diameter. For big hands on the far side of the spectrum, you can tighten the handle padding for more space. And sometimes if the headrest is in the lowest position, you can raise it a bit to gain more space if needed.
10. How do I care for and maintain the GP Back Grip?
To ensure longevity and maintain appearance:
Cleaning – Wipe down the handle and cushion strap with a damp cloth as needed.
Inspection – Regularly check the straps and handle for signs of wear and tighten if necessary.
Protection – While the materials are durable, avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight can help preserve the product's lifespan.
